Hi,

I just bought a MINI JCW GP (#319) from Mike at Checkered Flag. He's a great guy and told me to check out this site full of cool MINI owners. I look forward to meeting everyone soon.

Welcome to the group!!!   8) Congrats on your new Mini.  You'll love it here, we have a blast together.  Everyone is really helpful and lots of fun to hang with.  If you don't have plans this weekend, some of us are driving down to Concord, NC for an overnighter, you're more than welcome to come along.

Welcome again!!!:hi:

Hi and welcome from the other GP owner in the area! You will love it, the GP is the best MINI yet.  8)

I've added your number to the list I maintain on MINI2. Another GP resource you may want to check out is Ian's forum and website at www.gpmini.net. I think about a fourth of the US GP owners are active there.

Check your tire pressure, Sherry's was 11 lbs low from prep.

So, how long until you track it? Get those miles up!

Checked tire pressure, it's good. I'm not a fan of the prep department either.

For those who don't know, I must be fair. Sherry's GP was prepped by MINI USA, who know less about a MINI than any other group with MINI in the name. The Monterey party was great, they just shined the car prep.

One of the buyers had a drive halfshaft fall out of his GP on the way back to the hotel. 119

Another of our early group now owns 3 "Three" GP's. A true fan.

You will love the car, just remember that it is Italian!  :?  002  8)
