So not many of you know this about me but I play roller derby. We are called the Dominion Derby Girls. Currently we have 2 home teams and an interleague travel team. I play for the Dirty Diesel Darlins. You may have seen us in Hampton Roads Magazine, the Virginian Pilot, The Daily Press or this morning on Joe's Job on Channel 13.
First, we are having an interleague bout on Jan. the 28th at Haygood Skating Center in VA Beach. It's a Sunday evening. Our travel team is playing the Wilmington Delaware Ruff Rollers. It is family friendly, we try to make it so the kids have just as much fun as the grown ups. That being said be advised that there will be a beer garden set up for those who wish to have a beer. Tickets are currently one sale they are $10 in advance, $12 at the door, and $20 for vip seats. VIP seats are trackside chairs that come with a bag of DDG merchandise. Kids 12 and under are free.
